Our Board
& Committee
The Board of NACCHS is responsible for governance, setting the organisation’s strategic direction, and overseeing policies and operations while ensuring accountability to members and key regulators.
The Board bears ultimate responsibility for the operations of NACCHS and is accountable to the members of NACCHS and to the ACNC, ASIC and the ATO.
In general, this means the Board is responsible for, and has the authority to determine, all matters relating to the directions, policies, practices, management and operations of NACCHS. However, it is important to recognise that the role of the Board is to govern NACCHS rather than to manage its day to day operations. It is the Chief Executive Officer’s role to manage the operations of NACCHS under the strategic direction of the Board.
